Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your password private and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive volume, or circumvent any security or rate limits.
• Submit content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.
• Create fake accounts or use automation to manipulate rankings, consensus results, or any vote-based feature.
• Use the Service to impersonate any person, team, league, broadcaster, or sponsor.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

You keep ownership of the rankings, ballots, and other content you create on the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant TakeZone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and use Your Content as needed to operate the Service — including aggregating it anonymously into consensus results and showing shareable cards you generate.

Player names, country names, team names, league names, and tournament names referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only. TakeZone is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national federation, any league, or any player.

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may pause or shut down the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TakeZone disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service is for entertainment and discussion. Nothing on the Service is betting, investment, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TakeZone and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to USD $50.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify signed-in users in-product. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
